Welcome! We hope this libguide will provide a toolbox of resources for promoting EDI practices in the EBSS community and in the work of EBSS library workers.
Nearly all EBSS library workers serve on search committees. Many may supervise units or otherwise have direct control over recruitment practices. This page lists resources that we can mobilize to help us push for EDI-informed hiring practices.
